Who We Are ?
Extra Co was established in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates in the year 1979. The company started out as a very small operation with a few workers producing small fiberglass water tanks.
Since then, Extra Co has significantly grown in size and capabilities to become a leading industrial manufacturer in the region for thousands of different products, with more than 5,000 employees throughout the United Arab Emirates. Extra Co’s products and services have reached many parts of the world, including The Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and The United States of America.
Extra Co’s product portfolio grew over the years to form five major Business Units:
Steel Structural
The Structural Steel Division manufactures many different products as per the customer requirements. Extra Co Structural Steel Division can handle discrete product orders.
Pipe & Fittings
The Pipes & Fittings Division employs two manufacturing processes for FRP Pipes; the discontinuous pipe manufacturing process, and the continuous pipe manufacturing process.
GFRG
The GRG Division manufactures and assembles different products as per the customer requirements. The main product ranges include Decorative Gypsum and Dry Walls & Ceilings.
